Sheldon was a key figure in helping us pick an apartment within a very short time this summer, when we needed to find something within a deadline. He was tireless in driving us around and showing us many apartments. Looking at multiple properties within a short span of time can be a daunting task for buyers. We benefitted from Sheldon's sharp observation skills; he was very quick to notice positive features or issues in the homes and pointed them out to us. He did not try to force his opinion - rather stated facts that helped us make a decision. However, when requested, he was able to give us a balanced summary, based on his observations.
